Hello! I would personally keep these for an at home snack and take some of my other no bake protein balls to work that just need a fridge (mini cool bag and ice pack!) rather than a fridge… or my bites based on dried fruit should be ok at room temp 🙂 http://nicsnutrition.com/recipe/no-bake-healthy-truffles/ try these!
